H.B. 1150: Concerning Compliance Requirements of the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act.

Requires a court, if it finds that a custodian failed to comply with a request in violation of the requirements of the uniform fiduciary access to digital assets act, the court shall award to the fiduciary or designated recipient reasonable attorneys' fees and costs in bringing the action and imposing penalties upon the custodian.
